ABOUT
INFINITE SUNRISE COACHING
Passionate About Supporting Empowering Change Experiences
We believe in you and your capacity to navigate change or challenge in a way that honors your values and gives you the opportunity to take back ownership of your experience. Your coach will help you leverage your own wisdom to succeed.
What to expect:
Our coaching practice adheres to the International Coaching Federation's ethical standards and coaching competencies which means we refrain from giving advice or telling our clients what we think they should do; instead, we utilize coaching skills to help them discover their own truths and apply them to their lives. Unlike coaches without a certification, you know what to expect and that there is a credentialing body available to hold us accountable to our standards of practice.
The coaching process always begins with a free initial session that includes 30 minutes of coaching, so you can get a feel for how coaching works and see if we think we are a good fit for one another. These appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes, so we have an opportunity to talk before and after about what to expect and next steps.
If we both decide to move forward, we will have a 1.5-hour-long discovery session where we establish coaching agreements, identify your goals and values, and chart a path forward. After the Discovery Session, we will begin coaching. Infinite Sunrise Coaching offers coaching in hour-long sessions, and coaching typically occurs every other week.
